PINOT NERO SPUMANTE Ottenuto
dalla vinificazione in bianco delle uve Pinot Nero.
Spumantizzato con il sistema "Charmat" viene invecchiato per un
periodo di almeno sei mesi. White wine produced from Pinot Black grapes and sparkling with the "Charmat" system, aged for a period of at least nine mounths. Colour: very pale yellow with light green reflextions. Sparkling: fine and persistent. Smell: delicate. taste dry and fresh with pleasing acidity. Recommended for hors-d'oeuvre, fish and shellfish. Serve: chilled at temperature of 8 - 10°C. |
