Vino ottenuto dalla spremitura di uve provenienti da vigneti di Croatina, Vespolina e Barbera del Comune di Broni e dintorni. Colore rosso rubino carico a spuma naturale, sapore dolce, profumi intensi e fruttati con sentori di viole. Va servito ad una temperatura di 12° - 14°C Indicato per dolci e formaggi teneri e salumi cotti.
